There are a few ways we can discuss your order details for custom orders:  online via Zoom in-person consultation, by phone/text, on our IG page @theshop_CPD, or our SHOP WEBSITE in the START A PROJECT section.  For custom orders send us a message detailing your product design ideas. Some information to consider are:

• service needed (t-shirts, other apparel event favors, prints, designs)
• number of items needed.
• The t-shirt/item color 
• size (if applicable)
• font style (print, bold, cursive)
• font color
• party theme/color
• send pictures / Png/Jpeg files -photos, logos, photos inspiration pictures, etc.
• any other design details you can include (size, top, bottom, front back, etc.)

Well quote you a price, design a mockup sample design, and then get your approval.

We collect at least 1/2 of the order total for a deposit, and the remaining is due at pickup. 

You can now make deposits/payments online on our website 

Scroll down to "SHOP PAYMENTS" and click "PAY NOW".

A tab will appear where you will input your payment amount and provide a brief description of your order. Please note that we do charge a service fee of 2.3% per transaction to use this service. You will need to add this fee to your payment amount. 

(You can calculate tax by multiplying your payment amount by 2.3%.)

Finish inputting your information in the remaining fields, click pay, and you are all set.

Processing time depends on method used and the quantity of items needed. For Vinyl, processing time is 1-3 days. For DTF processing time is 2-5 days.
We offer same day service for pictures and vinyl only.

Nope, we customize Everything!!! WE started with T-shirts and hoodies and quickly moved to hats, crewnecks, pants, jean, jackets, and other apparel. We now also customize, buttons, party favors, glassware, window/car decals, coloring books, obituaries, business cards, bags, table covers, tents etc etc etc.   

Great Question!! 

In short, we use heat transfer vinyl for simple designs such as text, stencils, and images with 1 - 2 colors. It is the more cost effective, yet reliable option. 

We use DTF for multi-color images, more complex designs, multiple components, and a more long-lasting finish.  

 DTF printing, which stands for Direct to Film printing, is an innovative digital printing technique used to transfer designs directly onto various fabrics. It offers a high-quality, vibrant, and durable printing solution for custom apparel, fashion accessories and more.
